8-Description of the farm: beautiful 50 acre ranch with centennial oak trees, so far we work as a guest ranch, we are in the developing stages of organic farming; we are focusing on the sustainable and organic growing of vegetables and low scale of chickens for eggs and meat, plus olive oil production
9- Main crops and/or livestock: vegetables,3 horses, 2 dogs; we will be starting with chickens to later move on to sheep.

11- The work to do is organizing the storage, preparing the soil for cultivation, loving and caring of dogs, feed and water them and the horses. Ride and handling of the horses. Building of a hen house, and care of plants and animals as they begin to grow. Learn with us about the making of olive oil. Occasional cleaning of the cabins.
12- Hours / day:5
13- Days/ week:5 (must stay at the ranch at least 6 days per week) We can arrange for special situations if you which to travel around the area.
14- lodging: We have 3 cabins that we rent out, mostly during the weekends; volunteers are welcome to inhabit whichever cabin is free, tho they might need to camp out on peak season, this is just for the first couple of months as our first project is help finishing the building of a storage, which we will condition with a couple of comfortable beds, stove, gas refrigerator and an out house.
15- meals: volunteers will cook for themselves, we can arrange to bring you healthy food while the harvest flourishes and we can handle special requests or specific cravings.
16-Rules and restrictions: Absolutely no hunting or molesting of the environment, no motorcycles. Bikes and pets are welcome, you can even bring a horse if you have one.
17- requirements: must love nature and be gentle and caring with the animals.
18- Min. and max. length of stay: minimum of 1 month, maximum stay is open if we all get along well.
19- Note: We do not live at the property, but either my father or I are there 1-3 days per week, we can arrange for you to visit the city when either of us is there to take care of plants and animals. There is no internet or phone network, although there are several spots on the property a signal for data or phone calls is reached, we hope to address this issue in the near future but as of now, that´s the way it goes. Is very beautiful, very relaxing and ideal for nature lovers, and anyone that enjoys the outdoors. solar panels, and we get water from two water wells.

Les cuento un poco mi situación, trabaje esta temporada de invierno en EEUU, luego de eso recorrí un poco de la costa oeste de California y ahora estoy en busca de trabajo por vivienda y comida para poder conocer México. Soy de Argentina y estoy rumbo de vuelta, leí sobre su granja y siendo sincero me encantó. Quiera aprender más sobre la vida sustentable, y Tijuana me parece un muy buen lugar para hacerlo.
