Japan Host Farm: Brownsfield

This farmhouse held a family of 5 + 4 young japanese agricultural interns and 2 wwoofers! Lived there for 2 months during monsoon season (rained 5 days straight at one point). They made own miso, own tofu cheese, grew rice and some vegetables. Had wood fired oven and I taught them how to make bread!
