Northern BC "Nuk Tessli" with Chris Czajkowskis Eco Adventure

Worked in the kitchen of Chris's Nuk Tessli Outpost camp where she hosts eco-adventurers. I cooked for a gang of 5 women who were there for a week on a canoe adventure. No electricity except solar panel to run her computer and modem. We ground whole grains to make the wood fired bread (best bread I have ever made); foot operated the treadle sewing machine to mend mosquito nets; hand operated the blender to make pureed soups... awoke at 4:30 am to canoe out to see the most incredible sunrise of my life.
