What is your previous experience with Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Development?
As a filmmaker and activist I have always been reading about what is happening to our food and what greenwashing politics is applied to mask environmental mayhem. But as a citygirl I know nothing of growing food myself. This 3 months trip will be to singlemindedly soak up as much as I can aboutliving well with the land and live more (self)sustaining.

Hi Chihiro! Thank you for offering your help, and Congratulations on your interests and career! We´d love to have you with us to help in January, but i warn you: it´s hard work, and you will be expected to carry the load like everyone else! January in San Cristobal is sunny during the day and cold at night, beautiful! Sometimes we get a killing frost and have to replant a lot of the garden, but it doesn´t stay cold for long, and winter is kind o9f like summer here!
