I am hoping to practice my spanish while on this trip so the language spoken on the farm is one of my main criteria for where I decide to go. I am enthusiastic and very committed to living sustainably.

Mi familia es de Mejico y yo hablo espanol pero nunca tengo personas con que puedo hablar espanol aqui en mi universidad en Colorado. La mayoria de nuestro staff hablan ingles y todos nuestros nin~os son bilingues asi que tal vez no sea el mejor lugar para aprender espan~ol. Acabamos de abrir una escuela para nin~os de escasos recursos y si trabajaras en este proyecto es mas probable que practiques espan~ol porque todos los maestros y nin~os solo hablan espan~ol, pero en Agosto todavia estan en vacaciones.

I run Finca Argovia, a certified organic , RA, and Bird Friendly farm in Tapachula Chiapas, close to the border with Guatemala, to the Tacana Volcano and the pacific ocean. We run a diversification program, with tropical flowers and foliages, coffee, fruit trees, some spices and tourism.

Thank you for your quick response, could you please send me a mail to bge@argovia.com.mx, and from there I could send you the whole portrait of the Finca, and explain what we are aiming for.
Also about the language, most of our staff only speak spanish, so no problem for the practice and plan on for august. no problem.
