I am Italian/Brazilian, have a double Masters degree in Business and Nutrition Sciences in the US, I have spent 12 years working for big corps and I am now taking 2 years off to learn about Sustainable farming. I have chose Mexico because I love the country and the culture, and i speak fluent Spanish. I am a former professional athlete, so I am in fairly good shape and do very well with physical labor.
