Learning about sustainable living and agriculture, Getting to know Mexico better
What do you want the farms and fellow WWOOFers to know about you?
I love my world. I look forward to new friendships and approach different ways of life with an open heart and eagerness to learn. I have extensive experience in construction including, carpentry, electrical, masonry, plumbing and some irrigation. My Sister and I will be traveling throughout Mexico this January-March 2014. We hope to find a volunteer opportuniy with a farm/orphanage for 2-3 weeks. We're both conversational in spanish.
Thanks for writing us, it sounds like it would be a lot of fun to host you guys, but we're going to be out of town and considering moving in the next months, it will be too hectic to have you. If we get things organized and can offer you a stable place to work for a few weeks we will write you in February.
Thanks for the kind response Katie. Definitely keep us in mind should the opportunity to host us for a bit arise. The uniqueness of your farm really intrigued my sister and she won't stop talking about spirulina viva :) We'd love to get involved. We'd possibly even extend our trip a week or two into March if things lined up better. Good luck with the move. Take care. Kelly.
We finally have a place available, if you guys are still travelling! We are outside San Miguel de Allende, if you could give us a quick call if you are still interested we can work out the details.
Hello we have a farm in Rosarito Baja California, we started growing a large variety of organic vegetables. We plan to open a living garden store with chickens and we will be growing fresh water shrimp. If this sounds of interest to you let us know to get in contact and give you a more personalized definition of what we are getting our hands into.
