What is your previous experience with Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Development?
Brittney: I have had the opportunity to volunteer my time at an organic community garden preparing soil, sewing seeds, watering and harvesting. I also most recently lived with a friend who has a beautiful organic garden he has been cultivating for 10 years. While staying with him I helped plant, water and maintain the crops, as well as assist with the chickens. I expanded upon my knowledge of composting and fertilization, including native and esoteric fertilization principles and planting according to lunar cycles. Fer: Desde muy chico e tenido la oportunidad de hacer labor en las granjas y ranchos de familia y amigos en la sierra tarahumara; ordeñando vacas y cabras, recogiendo los huevos de los gallineros, alimentando a los animales, regando y cosechando los cultivos. En general me siento muy bien con cualquier labor en la naturaleza.

El 23 de Junio mi novia Brittney y yo decidimos viajar por el territorio mexicano en busca de espacios donde podamos aprender y desarrollar tecnicas de agricultura organica y permacultura. Estamos en busqueda de un estilo de vida mas natural y autentico, viviendo en armonia con la tierra y esperamos poder utilizar estas habilidades para vivir de una manera mas natural y equilibrada.

my name is Youcef, I am from the UK and I am looking to go on a gap year next year starting around the end of January. For the first month of my trip I intend to take part in WWOOFING for around a month so that I can learn Spanish and the local culture. My Primary interest is to work at WWOOFING farms next to or near Mexico city. Therefore I was wondering if you could give me a reveiw of your past WWOOFING experience and also the specific farm in tlaxcala which I am interested in!
