What is your previous experience with Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Development?
I worked on a vegetable growing up harvesting many different types of vegetables including corn, tomatoes, peppers, onions, beats, dill, eggplant, pumpkins and some others as well.
What are your reasons for joining WWOOF Mexico?
Learning about sustainable living and agriculture, Getting to know Mexico better
What do you want the farms and fellow WWOOFers to know about you?
I am a very easy going person to get along with. I am a great hands on worker that learns quickly and I am also very versatile and am open to almost any type of work.
Mitch and Hope volunteered at my Miramar (Encanto ) farm for a month, and truth be told, if they were up for adoption OR (tongue-in-cheek) available on the slave market I'd definitely be bidding high! They were both high energy, enthusiastic, fun loving and sweet human beings. They were willing to tackle any project, while keeping their wits about them. They worked well with others and were just as efficient working alone; accompanied by great tunes.
If they decide to tie the knot I sincerely hope they bring their whole Wisconsin clad down to Mexico for one fantastic celebration!
