Hortalizas del corazón

My garden is a 1000 m2 cultivated on an 4000 m2 of land that I rent right in the center of Tlaxco, located in the state of Tlaxcala, which is about two hours East of México D.F. It is entirely organic, though with no certification yet.

I cultivate greens like spinach, kale, broccoli  Brussel sprouts, cauliflower, snow peas, lettuce, arugula, zucchinis  mustard leaves, Swiss chard, beets, radish, onions, leeks, tomatoes, celery, purslane, parsley, coriander, and others like potatoes and beans. Work may include, transplanting, planting, weeding, harvesting, raising the beds for planting, watering, drying and cleaning the seeds. I'm intuitive and calm, and it will really be easy to accommodate your time and rhythm here with me, either you prefer working 8 hours 4 days a week or 6 hours 5 days a week. Tlaxco is a very secure and friendly place to live, and from there you may excape in the mountains for walks nearby, or go to other places of interest like Puebla, México D.F., Cuetzalan and Coatepec for short visits.

I live with my brother and 12 years old daughter. We can host you in-house  in a private bedroom equipped with double bed and linen. Wireless high-speed Internet available. If you have a tent and prefer camping, we also have space outside, or even in the garden, with the sound of the river and view over the Popocatepetl volcano in the horizon! Meals are mostly vegetarians, vegetalians or raw, tasty and healthy, and we'll be delighted if you want to make use of the kitchen and cook! I speak Spanish, French and English. There's no restriction on the minimum or maximum length of stay, but surely we will appreciate spending at least a few weeks with you, all year round.
