What is your previous experience with Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Development?
I worked for the Foundation for Sustainable Development in Nicaragua, and I have been working on Urban Farms in San Francisco and teaching gardening, nutrition, and cooking classes at various schools in San Francisco. Since then, I have been living in Mexico, studying nutrition, and volunteering on organic farms and communties.

We have a smal eco hotel www.casablatha.com and a property in a small mayan village www.ecopueblitomaya.com. We are developing organic orchards on both places. The hotel is located in holbox a small island in the caribbean very much preserved and where we want guest to discover the beauty of harvesting their own food. In the small village we are helping them adopting organic practices and creating a small comunity supported agriculture scheme. Let me know if you are interested?

Estamos llenos ahora, pero es posible que haya lugar para tí a mediados de junio por 2 semanas, pero esto depende de los planes de nuestros voluntarios actuales. Otra posibilidad es a mediados de agosto o en septiembre, o hasta más tarde, como en octubre o noviembre, cuando podrías quedar hasta más tiempo. ¿Cuál es tu preferencia?
