What is your previous experience with Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Development?
Building Raised beds for Urban Sustainable Farms located in the southwest regions of Baltimore City, Maryland. The particular region is a known food desert containing many abandon lots and rowhomes due to redlining which occured back in the 60s to 100s of black families. Low socioeconomical condition, few jobs (due to the lack of businesses has created very little opportunity for surrounding residence. We proposed that if we could create access a very essential human need, food and showing the community how to, we could generate a spark of hope and progress to channel change for this region of Baltimore. -- Los Pinos Rancho located on the beautiful island of Cozumel, Mexico. Here I volunteered for a week on a beautiful ranch 200 acres + filled will ornamental plants, coconut trees, livestock and a number of other fauna native to the land. The owners, Luis and Andrea, two beautiful souls, where just beginning to start their vision of creating a space where native people and plant can coexist and flourish as one. Here I introduced the concept of a keyhole garden. This is a sustainable raised bed with built in compost to nourish plant life that grows circularly all around. The objective is to utilized the resource within the surrounding area such a stones, wood, hay, leafs, etc. We managed to successfully construct a very rough prototype of this raised bed which turned out rather nice and took about 3 days to complete (See Photos)

I am a peaceful , creative being who is always looking to connect with others to build, share knowledge, laughs, and adventure. I grew up helping my mother tend to vegetables and herbs in the summer time and my love for earth sprouted from there. I wish to continue to expand my experience and knowlegde about the earth, sustainable construction, renewable energy techniques. All in all I want to be the reflection of the cosmic light that emanates from that corner of the universe where I originated.

As a reflection I allow what is meant to be, to be to manifest UNCONDITIONAL love & boundless inner peace. Give thanks for strength, pratection and to knowing the reality of bliss.
