Hi Eva, we are currently in the process of planting the fields with grains, some vegetables, and also adobe brick making for future construction. Our current project for December is to build worm composting system.  Wwoof participants are also asked to do a little of everything including planting, weeding, turning sod, composting, cleaning, washing dishes, and assist in the bakery.  We have a yogic lifestyle, early to rise and early to bed, no loud music, no alcohol or drugs including marijuana are permitted, and participants are asked to keep their room clean and tidy.  Meals are vegetarian.  Our website is listed on our home page.  Work hours vary from starting at 8:00 or 9:00 AM to 5:00 or 6:00 PM, with a break in the afternoon during the hot hours. Bakery day is a longer day. Two days off a week.  Could you share your age and post a current photo of yourself, and let us know what time period you are considering.
